What is Invisalign?

Invisalign works by using a series of virtually invisible clear plastic trays that have been specially designed for your mouth.  Wearing the retainers will gradually and gently shift your teeth into place – without the need for metal braces!

How is Invisalign different from metal braces?

Conventional braces are fixed onto your teeth and do not come off until the end of treatment. Since Invisalign trays are removable, you can take them out whenever you want – but keep in mind that they only work when they are in the mouth! Traditionally, faster results are achieved with conventional braces since they cannot be removed.  There are, however, many benefits to Invisalign.  They are virtually “invisible” and taking them out during meals makes it much easier to clean your teeth.
